CS-2020-37 Management and Non-Union Administrative Support Staff and Council Economic Salary Adjustment for 2021

  Moved By Councillor Brian Houston
  Seconded By Councillor Rick Tonial

  That Report CS-2020-37 entitled “Management and Non-Union Administrative Support Staff and Council Economic Salary Adjustment for 2021,” be received;

  And that the Compensation and Salary Administration Policy No. 67, as amended and appended to Report CS-2020-37, be approved;

  And further that the annual economic adjustment for 2021 for both the Management and Non-union Administrative Support Staff Salary Schedule (Salary Grid), in accordance with the Compensation and Salary Administration Policy No. 67, and Members of Council, in accordance with By-Law No. 2006-84, be deferred pending additional information on the factors to be considered for economic adjustment as outlined in this report.

CS-2020-42 Joint Health and Safety Advisory Committee Terms of Reference

PRS-2020-20 Commemorative Tree Program Policy

  That the Tree Replacement, Donation and Memorial Policy, Policy No. 33/09, be rescinded;

  And that the Commemorative Tree Program Policy, Policy No. 106, as attached to Parks and Recreation Services Report PRS-2020-20, be approved.

PWES-2020-20 Tree Maintenance and Removal Policy

  That Report PWES-2020-20 Tree Maintenance and Removal Policy be received;

  And that the Tree Trimming Policy No. 40/2002 be rescinded;

  And further that the Tree Maintenance and Removal Policy, as appended to Report PWES-2020-20, be adopted.
