The Manager Planning Services outlines the details of the subject property and surrounding land uses. He indicates that the building of the former offices of Sandwich South resides on the property. He describes the the proposed rezoning classification and the types of commercial uses that would be permitted. He notes that there will be a Site Plan Control agreement to ensure proper storm water management be installed.
The next step in the planning process is to present Council with a draft Zoning By-law Amendment as well as a By-law deeming the lands subject to Site Plan Control at an upcoming regular meeting.
