Call to Order

The Mayor calls the meeting to order at 5:06 pm.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest

There is no pecuniary interest declared by a Member of Council.

Introduction and Purpose of Meeting

The Mayor advises purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment on a proposed Housekeeping Zoning By-law Amendment to the Sandwich South Zoning By-law 85-18 pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

The Director Planning & Building Services commenced explaining the proposed amendment, however due to a technical difficulty with the livestream, the Mayor recessed the meeting at 5:15 pm.

The Mayor advised at 6:00 pm that the technical difficulty with the livestream has not been resolved and therefor adjourned the meeting at 6:05 pm. The meeting will be rescheduled to Tuesday October 13, 2020.
