We acknowledge that we are on land and surrounded by water, originally inhabited by Indigenous Peoples who have travelled this area since time immemorial. This territory is within the lands honoured by the Wampum Treaties; agreements between the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Lenni Lenape and allied Nations to peacefully share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Specifically, we would like to acknowledge the presence of the Three Fires Confederacy Ojibwe, Odawa, Potawatomi and Huron/Wendat Peoples. We are dedicated to honouring Indigenous history and culture while remaining committed to moving forward respectfully with all First Nations, Inuit and Métis.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear from any affected owner who wishes to appeal his/her assessment or any part thereof as set out in the Drainage Reports, prepared by Oliver Moir, P.Eng, of Dillon Consulting Limited, for the East McPherson Drian dated December 10, 2024 or the 11th Concession Drain dated December 9, 2024.

  • Recommendation

    That the Communication items for East McPherson Drain listed 1 A to C on the agenda be received; 

    And that the Drainage Reports for the East Mc Pherson Drain as prepared by Oliver Moir, P.Eng, of Dillon Consulting Limited dated December 9, 2024 be approved and that the assessment herein be confirmed;

    And further that By-Law 2025-015 be recommended for third and final reading upon the expiry of the appellants appeal period.

  • Recommendation

    That the Communication items for East McPherson Drain listed 2 A to C on the agenda be received;

    And that the Drainage Reports for the 11th Concession Drain as prepared by Oliver Moir, P.Eng, of Dillon Consulting Limited dated December 10, 2024 be approved and that the assessment herein be confirmed;

    And that By-Law 2025-014 be recommended for third and final reading upon the expiry of the appellants appeal period.

    That there being no further business, the Tuesday, February 25, 2025 meeting of the Court of Revision be adjourned at         pm.
