CS-2021-07 Urban Hens Licensing Pilot Program Interim Update

• Motion: PPC - 01/21
  Moved By Councillor Brian Houston
  Seconded By Councillor Rick Tonial

  That Report CS-2021-07 entitled “Urban Hens Licensing Pilot Program Interim Update” be received;

  And that By-law 2020-14 authorizing the Urban Hen Licensing Pilot Program be amended for the remaining pilot period in effect until April 30, 2022;

  And further that the amended by-law be considered at the next Regular Council Meeting.

PRS-2021-06 Municipal Alcohol Risk Management Policy

  Moved By Councillor Andrew Dowie
  Seconded By Councillor Brian Houston

  That the Municipal Alcohol Risk Management Policy No. 31 be repealed;

  And that the amended Municipal Alcohol Risk Management Policy No. 31 as provided in PRS-2021-06 report prepared by Parks and Recreation Services be approved as the replacement policy.

PRS-2021-07 Outdoor Tennis and Pickleball Club Operations Policy

  That the Outdoor Tennis and Pickleball Club Operations Policy, Policy No. 91, as attached to Parks & Recreation Services Report No. PRS-2021-07, be approved.

Unfinished Business

Sidewalk Snow Removal

A Member requests that the Sidewalk Snow Removal Policy No. 48, Schedule A, be revised to include snow removal of the sidewalk on the south side of Riverside Drive from Brighton Road to Ganatchio Trail. The Director Public Works & Environmental Services indicated that a report will be forthcoming in Q3.
