The Director Parks & Recreation Services leaves the meeting at 12:18 pm.

Re:  Town Hall Renovation Update

The Director Information & Communications Services provides the members an update on the Town Hall renovations. The renovations should be completed by August 2020.

A member raised a concern regarding the width of the accessible parking spots and the ability to accommodate side loading vehicles with lifts.  These parking spaces are bigger than average parking spots, and require Van Accessible signage and markings. The Director will review the plans to see if this request can be accommodated.
