Susanne Anderi dated June 18, 2021

Re: Rodent Control

Ms. Anderi speaks to her experience with rodents and a hen coop that has since been removed due to non-compliance with Urban Hen Pilot Project.  She also explains poor property standards in her neighbourhood and the costs she has incurred to trap rodents and deter them from her property.

Natalie Bondy dated June 17, 2021

Re: Rodent Control

Mrs. Bondy explains her experience with rodents on her property on Oliver Drive.  She outlines what she believes will help reduce the rodent presence, including professional services.  She encourages the members to provide a program for financial relief for residents.

  That Fire Services Report No. FIRE-2021-05, “Open-Air Burning By-Law”, be received.

  And that the “Tecumseh Open-Air Burning By-Law” as appended to report FIRE-2021-05 be adopted at the Regular Meeting of Council of June 22, 2021.

CS-2021-13 Procedure By-Law Review

  That Report CS-2021-13 entitled “Procedure By-Law Review”, be received;

  And that the recommended revisions to the Procedure By-law outlined in Report CS-2021-13, be accepted;

  And further that an amending By-law with the recommended revisions to the Procedural By-law be presented at a Regular Meeting of Council.
