CAO-2021-16 Visitors entering Municipal Facilities – Vaccination Policy

  Seconded By Councillor Tania Jobin

  That CAO-2021-16 entitled “Visitors entering Municipal Facilities – Vaccination Policy” be received;

  And that the current practice outlined by Administration in this report pertaining to Policy 110 “Town of Tecumseh Mandatory Vaccination Policy” as it relates to the public accessing Town facilities, be endorsed.

  That the October 26, 2021 Personnel Committee Meeting convene in closed session at 5:40 pm in accordance with Section 239 (2) (a) and (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 which permits a meeting to be  closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is:

  • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local boards;
  • labour relations or employee negotiations.

The meeting reconvenes in open session at 6:09 pm.

A portion of the Personnel Committee Meeting convened in closed session in accordance with Section 239 (2) (a) and (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 which permits a meeting to be  closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is:

• personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local boards;
• labour relations or employee negotiations.

At the meeting direction was given to Administration with respect to acting pay for two Managers acting as Directors on an interim basis and referred a staffing matter to the 2022 Budget Deliberations.
