In response to an inquiry about the severed property's height and waterflow to Weston park, the Manager Planning Services notes that any development that occurs on the severed property will conform to the Town's Lot Grading By-Law. The Manager Engineering Services advises on the Shuttleworth Drain which runs in front of the subject property. This drain is scheduled for improvements and a new municipal drainage report is forthcoming for Council's consideration. He does not foresee any drainage issues with this application.
