The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment on the proposed Zoning By-law amendment to rezone an approximate 1.4 hectare non-farm related residential lot situated on the east side of 8th Concession approximately one kilometre north of its intersection with Country Road 8, from Agricultural Zone (A) to a site specific "Agricultural Zone  (A-31)" in order to establish a minimum lot area of 1.4 hectares as well as to prohibit a residential dwelling from being constructed, to establish a minimum lot frontage of 62 metres and to establish a minimum lot area of 18 hectares.
